About PEMIC

The Plant and Equipment Management Innovation Conference (PEMIC) is an annual conference event that celebrates, promotes and showcases industrial innovation within the plant and equipment community and furtherance of scientific endeavours within the international academic community. During a packed day of activities, a series of conference presentations from leading industrialists and academics is augmented with machinery/product exhibits. This is followed by the IAE Awards Gala Evening which includes awards ceremong and evening dinner with entertainment

PEMIC presents the ideal opportunity for sales and promotion, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and networking.

The 2011 event is run and managed by OPERC’s founder Professor David J. Edwards and Professor Gary D. Holt, both at Birmingham City University under the auspices and guidance of leading industrialists within OPERC Executive. PEMIC is held in conjunction with the Centre for Business Innovation and Enterprise, Business School at Birmingham City University.
