Frank Robert Hartley

Mr Hartley is a qualified instructor/examiner for many items of plant and associated equipment to the Association of Industrial Truck Trainers (AITT) and ITTSAR criteria. He is also an AITT and ITTSAR qualified tutor.

Mr Hartley is Director of Train-a-lift and has several decades of practical experience developing operational training performance criteria and standards and conducts training for prestigious companies such as Rolls Royce, Toyota, Peugeot, Magnet and the UK Ministry of Defence. AITT are an accredited training provider under the UK's Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
